After the kitten application is approved you can reserve your kitten, To reserve a kitten a $300 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of the kitten. We accept Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp.

After the reserve is made, I'll send you a contract, it must be signed by myself and the kitten buyer.

Yes, we guarantee that our kitten is healthy to the best of our knowledge.   Purchaser has 72 hours to take the kitten to the veterinarian for a health exam.  During the first 72 hours the cat/kitten should be isolated from any other pets and monitored for health, eating, litter box usage, and activity level. The seller is not responsible for any injury or illness to other pets caused by exposure to it.   If this kitten dies within 2 years of date of sale/delivery due to an inherited genetic disease, Purchaser must inform Seller in writing and provide a necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian.  We will replace said kitten with another kitten of equal or lesser value selected by the Purchaser.

 A: I feed my kittens Royal Canin and Tiki Cat for kittens wet food. At times, we also feed Instinc and Acana dry and wet kitten food. The mentioned foods can be purchased at most department or pet stores, as well as online.  I consider these to be high quality food options. 

I recommend to read the AAFCO label rules, depending on what the food has on the name it is the minimum amount of product that it has on it.

1. Cat food name (tuna) = 95-100% of the named ingredient.
2. Dinner, Platter, Entrée, Formula, Feast, Recipe, Nuggets, Feast = 25-94.5 of the named ingredient.
3. With = 3-24.9% of the named ingredient.
4. Flavor = 0-2.9% of the named ingredient.

No, we DO NOT offer boarding services for our cats. However, we can drive 2 hours and meet in a between place.

Yes,  we are an EARLY SPAY AND NEUTER CATTERY. We will spay or neuter this kitten before it leaves with the buyer.
