Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• This kitten is sold for PET ONLY,  we are an EARLY SPAY AND NEUTER CATTERY. Seller will spay or neuter this kitten before it leaves with the buyer.

• This kitten will be kept indoors and will not be allowed to roam freely outdoors. Ragdolls are typically not fighters. They are best left inside due to a couple of breed-specific issues, including them being: Not particularly street-savvy.

• DO NOT declaw you kitten. If you do, all health guarantees will be voided. Buyer will never allow children or other animals to harass, injure, or mishandle this kitten, and will make sure an adult is responsible for its care.

•  Under no circumstances this kitten will be sold, leased, or given away to any pet store, animal shelter, research laboratory, breeding mill, or similar facility. This policy is very important. DO NOT resell or give away your Ragdoll to any of these facilities.

• If you have other pets, I suggest slowly introducing your new kitten to them. Keep a watchful eye to make sure they don't harm each other. During the first 72 hours the kitten should be isolated from any other pets and monitored for health, eating, litter box usage, and activity level. The seller is not responsible for any injury or illness to other pets caused by exposure to it.

• Kittens are usually ready to go home between 13 and 15 weeks of age (no exceptions),  one week after they get desexed.

• Holding fees are non-refundables. They are used to take the best care of the kittens, vet fees, vaccines, deworming, desexing, for food and supplies.
